Customers have the right to return purchased merchandise within 7 business days of receiving it. To make a return, please contact our Customer Service Department. Below is how to make a return:
You have 7 days from receipt of the goods to make a return request to our Customer Service Department.
Returned products can be exchanged or refunded
The package must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and label and in the same protective box in which you received it
Generally, the risks and expenses associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the reason for the return is caused by our error (non-conforming, defective or damaged item) upon verification we will also refund the shipping costs.
Once we have verified that everything is in accordance with the return request, we will proceed to refund the amount due. You will receive payment within a maximum of 15 days.
Make contact with our Customer Service Department, indicating the order number and codes of the products you wish to return
Once the pickup has been arranged with Customer Service, prepare the package with the products you want to return, remembering that the products must be in perfect condition with original packaging and labels.
As soon as we receive your return, we will ascertain the status of the goods and notify you of the status of your file. In case your return file is rejected we will re-send you the returned products.
Refunds are made only once we have verified the conformity of the products. Refunds will be made to the same payment method when ordering the goods. International Returns: Orders with destinations outside Switzerland are excluded from the right of return unless there are defects or errors attributable to Komeko S.r.l
