All prices entered on the site are inclusive of VAT, except for the area reserved for Professionals (B2B) and International orders with destination other than Italy, the latter are exempt from VAT and exempt from any taxes and customs costs. Where applicable the latter are the responsibility of the recipient.  

In all cases, prices do not include shipping costs. Prices may be changed at any time without notice. The availability of products refers to the time when the customer consults the product sheets, which must, however, be considered purely indicative because, as a result of the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, products may be sold to others before the confirmation of the order.

For each order, an accompanying tax receipt will be issued automatically upon payment, which will travel with the goods. Komeko guarantees that products at the time of shipment are undamaged and properly packaged. Products that have been damaged during shipment will be repaired or replaced at Komeko's discretion and provided that the customer reports the defect within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Items delivered in error or items delivered in larger quantities than requested must be returned immediately in the original packaging within 7 days. Any items not returned within the stipulated time will be invoiced.
